Mantras are potent words and phrases you repeat as you breathe, relax, and focus on the sound of the words. They can be in any language but are often in Sanskrit or other ancient languages. Mantras are also used as a tool for meditation and have many benefits.

A few of these benefits include a more focused mind, engaging your vagus nerve, and scientifically proven effects on your mind and body. In addition, many people become more centered due to taking up the practice and find they feel happier and more successful. 

One thing people struggle with when it comes to mantras is knowing what to say. I've taken the work out of it and provided you with a list of mantras you can start with below.
